Education is changing and there is a global movement by education professionals, scientists, psychologists to change the ways of educating people. School has been seen as a preparation for a successful career, but in order to succeed in a workplace today, it is no longer enough to simply learn to write, read and calculate. Academic success has been considered as a poor indicator of professional success.

It has a higher value of skills including lproper eadership, communication as well as creativity and problem solving. In fact, involving in democratic schools can be helpful to the structure of education that encourages students to enhance their skills and grow more. According to research, students may learn more when they are dealing in learning by retaining knowledge for longer, drawing deeper conclusions and applying a broad knowledge.

There are also emotional aspects that can be helpful such as fun and laughter, sorrow or determination. Once a unique area of passion and joy have followed, it would also produce a high quality of education. In fact it makes sense when laying learning opportunities. Democratic education usually promotes a natural love of a child to the key aspects of freedom including autonomy, master and purpose.

Children must be allowed to choose what they want particularly their area of interest. This way, they have chances to become experts in the field. It also provides them a positive message about their unique worth and value. This kind of education is also well driven by their passion, play and curiosity.

Children are considered to be gifted and unique in many ways. They learn by following their desires, enjoys greatly the joy of exploring and discovering knowledge for themselves. The goal is also to keep the desire to learn alive so students will also remain to be motivated. Choosing a democratic school allows freedom of choice to children. They will become a well experience person to shape their lives and both social and personal reality they live.

Meeting can be attended for those interested students, parents and teachers. They have also one equal vote. These meetings also give them opportunities to develop their own decision to hone their abilities and critical judgment. Typically, they become well experienced of the responsibilities of democracy.

Each school is a kind of reflection of what the community and environment of the area has to offer. Learning may take place in museums, parks, and other places in the community. Children may also interact irrespectively of their gender or age. Siblings and parents are also welcome in the school. This kind of education helps every student to discover their unique areas of strength and how to manage their weaknesses.

Success cannot be obtained by academic achievement alone, it depends on how the child define their own success. They will also experience abilities in shaping their lives whether in personal or social reality in which they are living, This structure provides a holistic education to everyone and for them to obtain freedom and to provide the real meaning of achievement.

Fr those who have attended a democratic school, it is helpful for them to fit to the society easily. Having been in this school helps to prepare your future and to face the real world. They are also controlling their lives and make such decisions for themselves, like adults do everyday. They decide how, where, when and what to do.
