This is the reasons that establishing a strategy on assessing things and keeping everything in the right steady pace is something that should be done.

Involving the employees on the assessment programs allows them to self regulate and to ensure that they meet the expectations that the firm has set. Thus, allowing them to work on their own too, towards the betterment of their respective performances.
