Now when one would touch the wires while the current is flowing through, then there is a huge chance he will get shocked.
Now in order to handle this, what most manufacturers would do would be to put some brakes and shut offs in the machine. Now basically, what these two things do is that they would control the flow of electricity in the machine. The brakes would make sure that the machine does not produce any current while the shut offs would make sure that there is no current in the wires.

One of the most common things that would happen is that when the weather is too cold, ice actually forms on the blades. When there is ice on the blades and the machine is turned on, then the ice might fly around and hit people.

That way, if anything like this would happen, they would not get affected. Also from time to time, they would fill up the blades with ice melting chemicals so that the ice there would just melt away.
