The beef from pasture depended cattle has twice as much vitamin E as there is in the meat from grain-fed cattle and having vitamin E supplements.

The nature of pasture-fed farming is healthy to the animals. The technique does not employ chemicals and antibiotics to treat the animal. In addition, the livestock are free from abuse and other stress that are associated with the grain-fed technique. They thus remain free from diseases and grow naturally and healthy.

The grain dependent farming entails the depositing of enormous amounts of waste on a small piece of land. This requires the manure to be collected and transported for dumping. This in turn leads to water and ground pollution.
