His relationship that is built between the teachers, students and instructors provides a good communication that is long lasting creating incentive for knowledge.

Instructors can work with the same student every day or different students depending on the academic requirements and schedule.

A good instructor is expected to be sensitive, respectful and understanding on both the economic and academic needs of the students. The trainer should also be able to maintain an unquestioning and running productive relationship with the students and staff they are working with.
